  • How much are your dresses?

    We are transparent in our pricing. You will find tags on all of our gowns in the boutique and hope you will be pleasantly surprised, as all of our new order gowns range between £915 and £2,100.


    To avoid falling in love with a gown out of your reach, please do let us know your budget.


    The average purchase including accessories varies from £1100 - £1600.

  • How many dresses do you have?

    We showcase around 100 handpicked gowns in a wide variety of silhouettes, fabrics and sizes.  Our collections are continually refreshed  to keep up to date with the latest styles and trends.


    We believe that we have something to offer everyone from simple sheath gowns to intricate lace ball gowns, we have a dress for all tastes.


    We recommend you come with a "find the one" attitude as gowns are not always available ad infinitum and we hate for our brides to be disappointed and find a dress is no longer available.


  • Who can I bring with me?

    Our guest policy consists of the bride-to-be and up to a maximum of 3 guests. We suggest you bring along whose style advice you value.


    Experience has taught us that too many guests  eats into your time with us with too many opinions becoming overwhelming. 


    We love "little ones" but please take this opportunity to have some child free time, relax and let us look after you.

    Children under the age of 16 and babes in arms are by authorisation only.


    If there is a special perosn who can't come,  you are most welcome to tap into our wifi and video call on your phone.

  • Who decides what I try?

    YOU DO ! We like to chat about your wedding style, your feel and then we help you chose. 


    Trusting your instinct is key at this stage. We are on hand to guide you all the way using our skills to help you find the perfect shape, colour and style for your frame. 


    We are more than happy to take the lead for brides who are not sure what they want, after all we know our dresses! Equally we are just as happy to support the bride who knows has a definitve look she wants to achieve. 


  • What if the dresses don't fit me?

    We are fully trained to fit the samples so you can see a good fit in front of the mirror. (We have magical clips and panels to help us get the dress fitted to your body shape)


    We know that the female body comes in all beautiful shapes and sizes and we have strived to be inclusive. New gowns can be ordered in UK sizes 2 - 34 and we hold a variety of sample sizes from a UK 10 -22.

  • Can you organise loan dresses for a specific style?

    We can often arrange  to loan in a specific dress/es from our designers that is not available in our current boutique collection. 

     

    Designers charge for this facility to cover insurance, shipping and wear and tear on the gowns. Fees for this service differ dependent on the designer but are in the region of  £30 to £60 and subject to availability and size.


    Brides often find this option more economical in terms of  travel expense and time spent viewing a gown many miles away.

  • What are the lead times for gowns to arrive?

    Lead times vary upon style and designer and any special design requests. 

    To allow you the widest choice possible, we recommend you allow 5-9 months from the time of placing your order.

    Remember you will still need to allow time for alterations and accessory styling.

  • Do you charge for appointments?

    Yes, we work by appointment only to ensure that we are available to give you our undivided attention and renowned one to one service. 

    As with all reputable luxury Designer Boutiques we charge a booking & consultation fee.:


     Dress Appointment - Saturdays or discretionary midweek "after 4" appointments - £20 - 1 hour 30 minutes

    Weekday Dress Appointment- usual business hours only - £15 - 1 hour 30 minutes

    Dress Retry Appointment - usual business hours only - £10 - 1 hour

    Accessory Only Appointment -usual business hours only excluding late nights or  Saturdays - £10 - 1 hour

    Dress Arrival Appointment - no charge - inclusive of complimentary styling if taken at the same  - 1 hour

    Bespoke & double appointments - by request.


    These fees reserve our time and provide a highly experienced personal stylist who will dress you throughout your appointment. You and up to 3 guests will have exclusive use of the boutique for 90 minutes and the opportunity to try on a wide selection of dresses. The booking fee is non refundable upon cancellation but is redeemable against the purchase of a wedding dress and Dress Retry Appointment within 10 days of your consultation.   


  • When do I pay for my dress?

    We are pleased to be able to offer you flexible payment options if you need – completely interest free – in order to make one of the biggest purchases you will make just that little bit easier.


    We simply require a deposit or staged payments up to 50% of the dress cost, at which time we will place the order for your gown and the balance in full at any time to suit you before the agreed collection of your dress. 

    Accessories and veils will also need to be paid in full at time of ordering.  


    Sample gowns require a 50% non refundable deposit and the balance payable upon collection or within 30 days, whichever is the sooner.

  • When do alterations and fittings take place?

    Your dress will have been ordered in the size closest to your measurements, as discussed at the time of ordering.


    Please be aware that it is almost always the case that your dress will need alterations, we are trained and experienced in measuring, but the human body is not a one size fits all…


    We have two amazing recommended seamstress who will be delighted to carry out the alterations on your dress once it has arrived.  (You are not under any obligation to use our seamstresses)


    Once you have made contact with your chosen seamstress, they will look after and guide you right up to your wedding day.  


    The cost of alterations are payable directly to the seamstresses and will depend on how much work needs to be carried out to make your dress fit like a glove.


    You will generally require 2 - 3 fittings and these usually don't commence until  6-10 weeks before your big day, allowing for any fluctuations in your shape.


    Once your gown is utterly perfect, you will take your dress home with you directly from your final fitting, unless you require to book in for our steaming service to keep your dress as crease free as possible or require storage at the boutique.

  • When do I collect my dress?

    As soon as your dress arrives we will ask you to take her home for safe keeping. 


    She will be lovingly bagged in our special breathable bridal dress bags and we will give you full guidance on storing her until your wedding date.


    Wedding dress boxes are  also available to order at an additional cost . Prices are dependent on the silhouette and volume of your gown.

  • I can't store my dress at home. Can you help?

    If you would like us to look after your dress and store it in our secure, insured premises this can be arranged for a £4 weekly fee or by opting for a set fee of £80 for up to 8 months, whichever works best for you. 


    Gowns stored and held in trust by us are insured at our premises for the full purchase value.

  • Do you offer any other services?

    We offer a steaming facility for bridal gowns, bridesmaid dresses and event outfits. A minimum of 10 days notice is required for this service, so we can schedule this work in. 


    Collections are strictly by appointment within our usual business hours. We regret we cannot accomodate weekend or evening collection.  


    Our after services include arranging cleaning and/or heritage boxing of your gown by wedding dress experts. Courier delivery and collection can be organised.
